We currently have 47 acres under an option to
purchase agreement with the existing owner. This land will be
developed into an industrial/business park. The park is located
five miles east of the intersection of US Route 219 and State
Route 56, along State Route 160. It is 30 minutes north of the PA
Turnpike Exit #10 at Somerset. The land is gently rolling, wooded
and can be subdivided into several lots of varying sizes. This
area and 89 adjoining acres have been designated a Keystone
Opportunity Zone (KOZ). This means that any business locating in
this park will pay no state or local taxes (of any kind) until
January of 2014. Utilities are on or close to the site.
